This expansion provides your customers an comprehensive support. Different customer enquiries may be read and answered in the admin panel.
Your customers have the possibility to access their corresponding replies in your shop-system.
The admin panel includes the following features:
- status adjustment of customer enquiries (e.g.receivable,processed)
- adjustment of the priorities (e.g. high, low etc.)
- adjustment of support sections (e.g.marketing, customer support), in this way your customers have the possibility to assign their support enquiries according to this
- adjustment of the agents in the admin panel
It is possible to send an e-mail to your customers if their support enquiry is answered.
This expansion includes a complete FAQ-System, and also a news-system. The administrator is able to deposit messages in the news-system e.g. in case your shop is not reachable temporary.
